Sears and their terrible 3rd party support company should be avoided at all cost. I recently had an issue with a Samsung 650A flat panel TV. I called for support and was told by the 3rd party to bring it to the store for exchange. After packing up the TV and driving to the store, Sears refused to honor the tech's recommendation. Since we've signed up with To Go Consulting, LLC, we have yet to use any of their products. However, the only grief I have is how much money it cost. My complaint is against all banks in general. The banks we deposit our money into use that money, it doesn't just sit in your account. Chase Bank - Now JPMorgan Chase pays a grand total of ONE HALF OF ONE PERCENT in interest. Most banks are not much better. BB&T! Add me to the list. I have received over a $1, 000.00 in fees within the span of a few days. I have a spreadsheet showing that I never should have received an overdraft fee and was never overdrawn. Their fee caused the overdraft.
