Enclosed were two cashier's checks issued by Chase Manhattan Bank for $7, 450.75 and $2, 549.25. I purchased the Logitech security camera from my local Best Buy store. The package promised a simple install and good performance. I was told that I was approved for a loan but had to secure it for 3 months with a deposit of $1500.00.
