SWReg, Inc. failed to deliver the software (via disc). I purchased Abrosoft morphing software in early December 2008 and was able to download it. However, I also paid an additional $10 to receive the disc, but it has not been delivered as of Feb18, 2009. I have attempted to contact SWReg but have not had any response. I recently received notification that Chase Bank was taking over my VISA account from Washington Mutual and raising my rate all the way up to 26.99% as of March 1, 2009, which is like a default rate. I was test driving a vehicle at autopark when they first opened. I purchased a ring with a 1.9+ carat of AAA Tanzanite . when the ring arrived the stone was less than 0 .8 karat and the color was very pale and it was not AAA.
