I booked my 40th birthday party for 125 people with them a 1yr in advance, put down a 500.00 deposit and was told 3weeks before the event that they had to cancel my event due to the Coast Guard shutting the boat down. I went in to purchase a firearm, and the guy behind the counter was the rudest person I have ever met. Ordered $150 waders and fishing equip with standard shipping $12. Their website said I would get email confirming shipment. Several days later I call and finally get real person. He tells me stuff is with Fedex and gives me tracking number. Go to Fedex website which says items not received from Basspro yet. I was immediately charged, and on Dec 25, 2008 I got an email from them appologizing for the delay and offering a refund, or continued order with free gift. The shipping costs are somewhat high but I guess you get what you pay for :-). I received my frames within a week of placing my order. Although they promised shipment 1-2 days following the order placement, they shipped within 3 days. I did the "free" shipping option which meant USPS Parcel Post. This item arrived within 2 business days. The closest shipping option to that was USPS Priority Mail for $7.99 which takes 2-3 days.
