I received a Sealy Waterbrook mattress from Costco a month ago. It is still emitting an overpowering stench of chemicals, and I'm waking up with breathing difficulties and stinging eyes. I purchased the complete set of 'The Outer Limits' then new series on January 17, 2009. I received them on February 14, 2009. When I started to view them, I found many episodes missing and in the wrong order. Also on many of the DVD's the menus would not work to allow you to select which episode you wanted to view. I called on the 6th day and was told that it was company policy that I could not get a refund since it had been more than 3 days. Be very careful when conductong business with Bottone Masonry. We paid the contractor a deposit to purchase materials to begin a job. Contractor had holes dug, but never came back to finish the job. We had to pay a second contractor to finish the job. Phone calls never returned, contractor ignored complaint placed with the Better Business Bureau. They misled me to think replacing my windscreen was covered, and when I had it replaced, I had to pay the full bill. I ordered a makeup kit priced at $29.95 from Sheer Cover, using a Charles Schwab Visa Safe Shopping credit card. I called to have this guy take a look at my central heat unit. I already knew what it needed, and he told me I needed an entire new unit, when in reality I only needed a new blower motor.
