This was the worst 5 yrs warranty I've gotten. I purchased a Fujitsu s6210 with the fry's five year warranty. It took about 2 months for the laptop to return from servicing; and when it came back, it didn't even power on! I sent is back for another 2 months. I DID get a loaner laptop, but the service manager tried to charge me a 15% restocking fee because it was 'used' after 4 months of impotence!! (That would have been almost $300+!) This complaint is mostly about how the trainer that I paid to train me for fitness and fighting lessons would not promote hard contact sparring! His classes were detailed and well run, but at the end all i really wanted is bloody nose or black eye to feel acomplished for my training. I had ordered the Acai Berry & the Bromalite colon cleanse on the same night. I receivedthe Bromalite. I called the phone number to cancel the order(which you had to do in 14 days from time of ordering), I had no problem. I then called the toll free number to cancel the order for Acai Berry(which I had never received), They said that they could not find me. He gave me an email adress to cancel the order. I have continously phoned Surehealth @ 1-800-337-1421 and have tried to review Surehealth website but to no prevail. Upon phoning the 1-800 number it doesn't state Surehealth but another insurance company. Surehealth have continued to withdraw monthly payments but has not paid for any medical. Surehealth did notify me via mail and phone call of the transferring to another company but now I have to pay for medical service rendered. It can be a routine physical and I get a bill that no deductible was paid. Surehealth did not mail a letter stating the change. Col;umbia House has refused to achnowledge returned goods we did not order and sent right back with Canada post. They have not replied to several letters explaining the situation and their claim is $23.50 from back in March of 2008. Their cost of mainling notices is probably more than this.
