This company advertised an item on their website that we ordered on Dec. 12 and we did not hear from them until Dec. 23 that the item had shipped, the very day it was to arrive... so when we got it it was totally the wrong item and when we called they said the item we ordered was totally wrong. So, there you have it a totally worthless company that does not communicate very well the status of a shipment and then ships the wrong item all the while they were advertising an item that was out of stock. My husband was on his business trip to Argentina the 2nd time. He was advised by the Argentinian consulate that he don't have to reapply a visa to enter Argentina. Panda software like other typical software companies provides few means for personal level software support. I purchased Panda Global Protection 2009 and installed it on my Vista x64 PC. After first reboot, the PC would not allow me to click on any programs and the start menu would not open. Explorer.exe would hang. When ordering the product I should have realized it was a bad idea when I could not find a cost anywhere, but being niave, I ordered the product anyways. After ordering a CD for 1.98 (which was never received) I was subsequently charged monthly fees of both 59.95 and 17.45. While informed of the 59.95 monthly membership fee, the 17.45 was not authorized. In an attempt to call the 800 number listed on their website, I got nothing but a busy signal.
