The Florida Department of Children and Families' ACCESS website should be disabled as well as the ACCESS toll-free number. It is at an expense to tax payers to maintain the website and the toll-free number and both, especially the ACCESS toll-free number, are practically useless. As a individual with no insurance due to full time schooling and decreased employment oppertunities from the market I was forced to enter the ER in November 2008. I was diagnosed with pneumonia but under went many extensive proceedures to verify pneumonia. The hospital was fully aware I was uninsured but billed me to the fullest extent. Along with all the others that have complained I agree you cannot reach anyone for support. The support number is busy all day. When you do get through you get a robotic answer. On September 19, 2007, my company commissioned Ms. Ogle to perform some embroidery on a collector's jacket that I own. I delivered the jacket to her, but have never received it back, despite sending her a check for the agreed-upon balance. Ms. Ogle has made several promises, both verbally and in writing, to return the jacket, but now refuses to return our calls and e-mails. After making my purchase, I needed to use the bathroom in the store. I was told that the only bathroom on either level of the store was in the cafe. When I finally found the bathroom it had an "out of order" sign and tape across the entrance. I find it unfair that a store with as many customers as they have, and one that sells beverages, including coffee, on one of the busiest shopping days of the year does not provide one working bathroom stall for customers. Last summer, my wife complained about our 2005 Honda Accord V6 almost causing an accident when she hit the brakes at a stop sign at a side street intersection. I was at the gate an entire ten minutes before a 9AM departure and there was no ticketing agent at the gate.
