I to have had a very traumatic experience with this company. They were 2 days late on pick up and 3 weeks late on delivery. I spoke with ralph and mike and am waiting on a compensation check that's in the mail. What a crooked outfit. I am sueing for pain and suffering, damaged furniture and missing boxes. I received an invoice for $61.35 for quarterly billing from 1/1/2009-3/31/2009. Advanced Disposal Services of Gwinnett sates the Gwinnett County will initate a new program for handeling residential solid waste in unicorporated Gwinnett County. They have along drawn out letter telling me to pay this fee in advance. There are 3 different trash companies that already pcik up on my street and I have never seen this companies name before. I used a credit report company to find out my credit score before applying for a loan. I opened my c/c statement and discovered several other affiliated charges that I did not authorize. I had only intended to use their "free" offer to use it, the cost was $1.00. The other two charges were affiliated with each other as they are in Nevada, and almost share the same phone number. They both refer you to websites that run you in circles. Fraud Protection, which charged $4.95, and Credit Score Boost for $11.95. I would like to get my money back. If you visit this site you will get a Win32 virus. And it will take screenshots of everything you do. So it can hack your information. My internet isn't working properly. I personally do not consider them to be on the level as an average attorney because an average attorney has a level of ethics in which they maintain. This 'prestigious' firm has absolutely no regard for the rules of court and feel as if they are barred from following normal court procedures. Pollack and Rosen went to court to file a judgment in 1997 against my husband for Columbia Medical Center. Our son had emergency surgery and we did not have medical insurance for him. In 2006 they went back to court and filed to have the judgment vacated. We were very surprised but it was accepted by the court and I believe that made the judgment null and void. Just received a letter today in the mail Dec 2008 that they are attempting to collect on the judgment! I submitted the rebate form two weeks ago but Sirius claims they have not received it. It still have not shown up on their tracking web site .
