I signed up to be on their prefered contractor list for Bank work on repo's...Was told that they had many weeks/months of backlog due to economy. Many details were disclosed yet were not followed through on. I have left many, many messages for Noah Buckles the owner/manager...NO RESPONSE at all. Dear Sirs, I ordered three (3) unlocked iphones and paid for them with a check to Colossal Trade. I received the iphones after a long time but the iphones are not unlocked and they don't work with any SIM (I took them to another country). I have sent many messages to them (on their web site) asking for a phone number in order to call them but they never answered. Also, I emailed them, to [email protected], asking my money back because they sent to me a different product from that I ordered but I never got an answer. When I have a package, I assume that a mail carrior would knock on your door or ring the door bell before he/she write you a note on the door. No. It did not happen to me. How did I miss the package when I was home all day. I went to Main post office to make a compliant, but the supervisor that I talked to was condescending. She said" I do not think that it would happen. A mail carrior has already made a step to the door to write you a note and why would he or she knock on your door" I do not think that the supervisor take my compliant well. UPN Services first tried to take a draft of $399.00 from my bank account on 9/24/08 it was a computer generated check. I stopped the transaction and the money has replaced in my account. On 12/4/08 they ran the check through again as Complex Consumer Services, Inc. with a check no. 000. I filed fraud papers again and it was replaced on 12/18/08 they again ran the check with no. 847. I ordered a Sony digital photo frame from this company and paid immediately by Paypal. When I checked my order status there was no sign of it on their site. I contacted them by email and they apologised and said that the item would be despatched immediately. Some 3 weeks and several emails later there is no response from the company. I was signed up with Secret Shopper whom is in association with Surplus Supplier. I called Secret Shopper to cancel within the 10 days as informed (2-3 days) and was given a confirmation #. After picking up my new car, I noticed that the right front tire was losing air. I brought the car in and was told that there was no leak. I have had to fill the tire every 4th day. When I called back several times I was told that honda tires are just sensitive. After not being able to find a station with a working air hose I finally brought it to my old mechanic. On Oct 21 I had a check come out of my account for 49.95. I called the number on the check immediately and they sais that it was totally legal because I had signed up for it. I DID NOT. They cancelled my membership and told me I would recieve a refund check in 30-45 days. Here it is Dec 18 and I still haven't recieved a dime. None of the people at the number speak correct English and they are very rude. Now I have to go and close my checking account and I think this is bulls%%^. Complaint about the 2 week closure of the GLL leisure centres in Waltham Forest. I regularly attend Kelmscott Leisure Centres as it is within walking distance to my home. Staff have informed members that all centres within the Waltham Forest area are closing for 2 weeks over the holiday period to save money. This is completely unacceptable; I pay a monthly membership to keep up with my exercise routine and the company has decided they need to save money. After reading these complaints, I am shocked that Sears has not recalled this range. The same exact issue happened to my family - our Kenmore oven coil started on fire after I turned the oven on to back some bread. The light was bright and white and the flame followed around the coil at the bottom of the oven. Luckily, I was the one this happened to...and not one of the kids. Sears makes another frequent shopper unhappy and I vow to never purchase anything from Sears again. It's sad when your reps can't even handle a complaint call. I am in arrears with CIBC mortgages to the tune of about $11, 000. CIBC have instructed Lawyers and commenced Power of Sale Proceedings.
