I am at my wits end. I have not received a bill from Direct Energy in 6 months, I have called and was told it was an internal problem, yet it seems after doing a little research that I am not the only one with this problem, and I have been told also that my bill has not been generated. On 12-5-08 I was expecting a package from DHL Express out of Kansas City, MO. My regular delivery driver called me and told me that she did not have a package from me. This company is likely in violation of FCC regulations. We used them for their virtual service, multiple extentions. On numerous occasions the system just shut down, or reset all our settings to default. Customers could not reach us, or leave messages. Numerous calls to tech support yielded nothing but apologies and they outsource their call center somewhere outside the US. DO NOT BUY - I purchased this product from Sam's Club about 1 month ago and installed them exactly as instructed. The floors look like they been in the home for years. They scratch extremely easily and dent - yes, dent. I dropped a quarter on the floor and it left a significant dent. We have a dog, and he has scratched the floors so badly, even with manicured nails, we will have to replace before selling. I can understand and live with wear and tear, but this is unacceptable.
