Long story short, Suntek Pools and Spas installed my in-ground swimming pool with complete disregard for the National Electric Safety Code (NESC) and the National Electric Code (NEC). In other words, they installed the pool too close to overhead power lines. I am now potentially facing an additional $10, 000 to rectify the situation (i.e., move the pool (!) or raise the power lines). I set up a reservation through Price Line in September and 3 months later I have charges from TLG great Fun stating that when I made my reservation in September that I got the discounted price because I signed a membership with them. I argued this fact stating that I never gave my information to the in the first place and that PriceLine had to either sell or give them my information. A charge showed up on my bank statement for $78.33 from Nutra Products. I had never heard of them before. I was in a college class at the time the charge was made. I can't reach anyone from this so-called company. When I called the number listed on my bank statement they referred me to a website, www.gohelpnow. There were no other options. Roof Right has not delivered on promised roof replacement despite NUMEROUS attempts to contact the company regarding the contracted work. I bought a bio diesel processor machine from Mr. Paul Davis sweet home biofuel. It ended up having a lot of problems. It broke down on me about 4 times I was able to make about 120 gallons from the machine. Placed internet order for a customer. After 5 days I emailed the company inquiring about delivery. They emailed a self generated UPS tracking number that did not result in delivery. Contacted them to run a trace and they responded they show the order delivered and once a shipment leaves their warehouse, they have no more responsibility for it. In early November, having mislaid my cell phone while traveling, I made four VISA credit card calls of about 1 1/2 minutes each at a Chicago Union Station payphone that had no notice as to fees. Figuring I was safe using my card (VISA guarantees protection against fraud supposedly), I was shocked to receive my statement showing I had been billed and paid more than $25 per call.
