Beginning 11/15/08 until at least 12/6/08 Godaddy has been advertising on their web site "$6.99 for domain transfers" which includes a "Free 1 year extension." This means that in addition to the 1 year of domain registration $6.99 you should get a FREE 1 year extension or 2 years for $6.99, but when I called their "Transfer Concierge" I got the run around. hi, I have succesfully got all my money back from both wuyi and living lean.Every bank and credit card company has a section for internet fraud.Contact them, have copies of statements invoices and anything else.My bank put me in touch with their internet fraud person who after looking at it went into their accounts via the number on your statment before the amount taken and was able to RECLAIM all the funds taken from my account.It also helps to take some print outs and names of the websites that have all the complaints about the company... read full review »

We purchased this vacation club in January of 2008. At this point the only service we have received is connection to the web site. At this point all phone numbers have been disconnected and we have received no new numbers or emails with new working numbers. We cannot contact the company. I have a Nero software package on my computer to burn CD's. The tech support number I called said advice would be given by a tech support person at $1.99 a minute after they picked up the call off hold. I held for 5 minutes and then hung up. Later that day I checked my debit card balance and found a charge for $71.00. The company is called Silicon Support Services in Moraga, California. I just purchased a used car from Goldstar 30 days ago. Well, let's just say the past 30 days has been a living hell. I took the car back 4 times to be repaired in less than 2 weeks. I checked to see if Mr.Pomery is an attorny i come to find out that he is a California attorny he is a graduate from Purdue University he is a ligitimate attorny. Knowing that he is going to send a hardship letter in my behalf makes me feel very confident with is company. I applied for a sample kit of kit of a Crest tooth whitener on-line and agreed to pay $4.99 for S&H. The product was received and I was charged the amount agreed to. What I did not agree to was additional britener which was charged to me on my credit card at the same time as the $4.99 in the amount of $88.97 and not even delivered. I recievied a call from a guy with accent name Ryan. That states i have a payday loan i was going to be arrested at my job and served with a warrant. there was a affiavaite that was going to be downloaded for these charges.states that i have 3 charges that will be agaisnt me. he stated that i will be arrested on monday at 11am on the 8th.aswell as be fired from my job. This company accepted an order through our home warranty company for a central vacuum repair. They took the order, knowing what was specifically wrong with the system and that they were going to refuse the order. They were trying to extort a $50 dollar fee from us for driving out to our home. In May 2008, I hired Wilfredo Delacruz Professional Services to troubleshoot the house central air unit. Mr. Delacruz stated that I needed a new unit. I agreed to replacement. DelaCruz stated he would install an AC unit and rework the air handling unit for a total fee $1700. For 1 year and 9 months, I got a lot of problem in Briarbrook Apartment. After few month, the gas range for cook and the refrigerator was bad.
