This Company withdrew from my checking account via my debit card $4.51 in Nov. 08 and I didn't catch it and so then they withdrew $78.33 in Dec 08 causing me to have overdrafts and costing me hundreds of dollars... I can't complain about the product or service or speed of it. That all was simply great. My concern is with the amount i am being charged for shipping. Last weekend, in error, i ordered #4s of a particular item. When i received it thru USPS i realized it was too small and i needed 5s. This periodontist and his rude assistants are horrible. All they think about is making money and they handle their business in a very unprofessional way. IF you are so much late for 15 minutes they charge you money and if you cancel more money. I ordered online today 12/5/2008 a programme to be downloaded on to my pc, a puppy/dog training programme. The quality of the programme is shabby, substandard, amateurish. I could have put together a better programme myself. The voice over on the programme is so child like it is almost laughable, like an automated robotic type voice. I received one of these letters in the mail today from UBI Payment Services. It claims that I have won $5000.00 dollars payable in the form of a check. All that is needed is to sign the release form and mail it back. The problem is that I never entered any such contest and the return address is a P.O. box number: P.O. I was very disappointed in the flowers ordered from FTD that my wife received in the hospital. I received an email from blockbuster on august that if I register and pay with Paypal they will deposit 25$ into my account. It did not happen. When I contacted them they said it will be deposited 6 to 8 weeks after end of promotions which is 30th September. Really great customer care- I looked online for a florist for flowers for the funeral and came across www.bloomex.ca in Winnipeg. My grandfather passed away 2 days prior. I just got off the phone with the FBI regarding this. He advised me to go to http://www.ic3.gov and fill out a report. He also took my information down, so it will be entered into the system.
