I purchased this unit about six months ago. I can't say that I'm very impressed at this point. Of course, everyone I hand it to says "wow - this is light!". And it is - but after that, things start to go downhill. To begin, the computer does run the Vista software at a reasonable speed - if you turn off all the fancy display options. Easy Saver and Money edge both took 19.95 from my account. They were affiliated with Shoppers Select. Which also took money from my account. Shoppers Select refunded my money after a lengthy phone conversation where we reviewed my audio tape were i cleary said i was not interested in signing up for anything, but since the phone operator convinced me to enter in my last for digits of my telephone number. This company will be closed down as I am taking legal action against them. They have left a message on my grandmother's phone who is very ill with a heart condition. I have never lived with so many roaches. When me and my girlfriend rent this apartment we didn't realize that we had company. I seen one I killed it. Then I reported the roach to the complex offices. Non Delivery of item purchased via Traders Ebay Online Store (Ita Direct). Payment was acccepted on 03 September 2008. Item has not been delivered. The initial excuse was out of stock and resupply delays. Trader finally agreed to refund payment on 7 November 2008. Refund has still not been effected as at 05 December 2008. Trader appears to be a registered business using 2 ABN's (76-129-076-026 and 22-524-124-264) Trader has a recent history of non delivery (Based on Internet research). I wanted to complain about the fact that I spent 800.00 on a Dolce and Gabbanna frame that broke after 4months. They wanted to charge me 50% to replace what was obviously a defect. They broke down and replaced the frame with a display model. Then a few months later I called them to inquire about my scratch protection as my lenses are scratched up.
