This company was very hard to reach b/c their phone number is either busy or disconnects. Their phone # is unlisted when you call directory assistance in Boca Raton, Florida. They do NOT answer the phone at 800-787-1219 or it is busy or there is a message. I finally had to call one of their neighbor companies, and the man told us that so many people call them that the building's landlord gives out the Better Business Bureau phone # in Boca Raton, Florida! I had balance left in my Airtell Call India Home account and that account was deactivated without any prior notification. SO today when I tried using that account, I cant login to my account, I cant use my account to make any calls etc. On speaking to Customer care, they are confortably saying - that account is gone!! and so is the money in it!! I ordered a coat (75.00) for my mother for Christmas. Order placed on Nov.16, 2008. After Thanksgiving the coat still not here I go to UPS site to track it. My husband and I both wrote checks to our local K-mart from 2 different checking accounts and both were declined by Certergy. We then used our debit card from one of the same accounts and because it did not go through Certergy was accepted. OH MY GOD!! My partner and I just had a horribly experience with Minds of Media. We requested a Logo design and when it was received (let me tell you)... our company name was spelled WRONG and we then decided that we did not want any revisions or corrections, just our MONEY back, they refuse to refund us via pay pal and told us that we had to wait 10 business days to get our money and now that has come and gone and we still don't have our money back. In septemeber of 2008 I recieved a reward660 visa card. I have made all of my payments on time and everything. Last night I tried to use my card and it was declined! Calling customer service was of no help as they were closed! I called first thing this morning to find out that my account was being transferred to another bank and I would not be able to use my card until I got my new one in the mail.
