I ordered a "Free Trial" of Acai Berry pills from which I saw on Rachael Ray, I placed the order, and less then 2 weeks later a $29.95 charge from Fit-Fac.com was on my bank statement. This was NEVER disclosed in the ordering process, the only charge I was aware of was the $3.95 shipping. I did get the refund, but after on the phone with customer service trying to scam me is saying I was disclosed this information when purchasing the product! On Saturday 11-29 6am I ordered the RegCure PC Optimizer free version, I downloaded and tried to run it. Then I was told that I had to pay 29.95 to make it work. I ordered gum @ $4.95 and received the product. Now each month a new product called Pomclear comes and the company keeps billing my credit card number. I did not give permission for this to happen. I continually call the company at the 888-692-8352 and they say something stupid like "your wait time will be 118 minutes"...thus, I can not get them to stop billing me. I sent Marc a deposit months in advance to rent an apartment in Peter Cooper Village for my Irish relatives coming to NYC for my wedding. The day they were supposed to arrive I recieved an email from Marc claiming the people in the apt. got sick and were extending their stay. I purchased my 2006 Kia Sedona from this business. Over the last year the car has completely lost power/acceleration while driving. Twice this occurred while on the freeway.
