I purchased a Garmin GPS unit for one price. then I was contacted and told the GPS unit I purchased does not include "any" mapping and maps would be 189.00 extra. I contacted Garmin.com and they confirmed that all their GPS units are per-loaded with maps. I called and told "Dave Weston" I would not need the any maps, send the unit as ordered. Seeing Damark.com in one of your online complaints, I Googled that company, found their phone number and called membership services. My laptop that we bought 3 years ago has been horrible since about two years ago. I've had to wipe out the hard drive at least 5 times to fix whatever is wrong with it temporarily and it hasn't kept a charge without the power cord in ages. I have had this credit card since approximately 2002. I used it in 2002/2003 to move back to my home in Seattle from South Dakota. Since then, I have made regular payments, at least the minimum, but the majority of payments have been above the minimum. Today I received a letter from them saying that my card has been terminated. I have had this account since 1997 never missed a payment, until recently I felled on hard times and now can only make minimum amount whereas before always submitted double. As a result my credit limit has been slashed to less than half. This company is deserves to be ran off the market of trading. Stay away from this place!!! I've been to quite a few applebees and this is by far the worse. The waitresses are slow and rude. The management could care less and the food was cold. If I am going to pay for something I expect it to be worth it. All my Applebees experiences haven't been the greatest but this by far takes the cake. For the second time in less than 6 weeks upon clicking on BUY to make a music purchase using my iTunes credit account I have not received the music. Instead I am asked to consent to their new purchase agreement and try my download again at which time Apple deducts another $.99 +plus tax from my account. I went to Radio Shack on black friday to get the new Knight Rider GPS. Did'nt see any on the shelf when I asked the clerk said they had #1 in the stockroom when he brought it out and put it on the counter to ring it up noticed the security seal had been opened. Travel from Baltimore to NY on 11/30. Train had no working bathroom in the first 2 cars maybe at the back of the third car and was not an Amtrak Train, It was a New Jersey Transit Commuter train that we travelled on for 3 hours and 55 minutes. I booked a motel in Kansas City. Everything went well other than the Hotel was a pump and we got a room that had water damage. When we asked to be moved we got another room but the only thing was the room was dirty and in poor repair. I put on the reservation that I had small children. my car- 2002 Rav4, vin # JTEGH2OV52005571. I took this vehicle to Desert Toyota in Tucson, Az on 6/27/08 for a specific problem of harsh shifting. I didn't have the TSB # TC002-06 at that time.
