Renters beware! I purchased a brand new bedroom set, mattress and box spring. My neighbor had bed bugs and was getting their apartment fumigated then (not to my suprise) they up and moved out! I was charged for two items I did not order and tried to call 800 number and set on the phone for two hours before it was answered. I told the person I did not order the two items, she said when I received the order to send it back for a full refund. The packing paper says I need to contact the support to get a delivery confirmation and return merchandise authorization number plus a 15% restocking fee will be charged. When I received the package the Hoodiawater had busted and everything in the package was wet. My company has been charged £1.06 f0r an item that supposedly was over weight and would not go through the letter slot. I took this up to the local post office in Ilminster, Somerset and they themselves told me that the letter was the right size and weight to go as the first class stamp that was on it. On February 27, 2008, my parents purchased a dog for me from Petland. He is a mix breed called a 'Cavachon'. He is a joy to have and is a wonderful animal, but he is sick. The item was accompanied by a small (one quarter A4 size) slip stating that unless I cancelled my subscription (which I did NOT sign up for), I would automatically receive further supplies every 31 days and my credit card charged accordingly. He spent most of his time away from the job site, talking on the phone, and generally not working. He's very good at making friends with his customers, which buys him more time.
