This mortgage company is a predator and have me trapped. They take my money and I do not have any escrow, and they have control over my taxes. They have tricked me and have taken extra money without explanation and will not return. I have been in my home 7 years and cannot get anyone to help me. They have slandered me as if I am a high risk and I cannot get someone to buy the home. I was tricked from the beginning. I put a wedding ring on Layaway for my girlfriend to propose in Puerto Rico. I went to pay off the rest of the ring the week before we left and they informed me that I would be recieving a refund check for the ring and the ring was sent back to Corporate Headquarters. It would have been nice to get a phone call and the option to buy the ring before they sent it back. I have tried to track the ring but no one will help or seems to know how to find it for me? Ordered product form site, never received. Sent several email messages kindly asking for the product or a return of my money. The status of my order just kept reading "pending". Sent one last request firmly asking for my money back within 48 hrs or I would report to Paypal. No response, so I reported to Paypal. Just a few minutes ago I ordered an iphone unlocking software that supposedly would unlock my iphone 3g in minutes! Well they sent me a link to download it and it doesn't work! I want my money back! UPDATE:
The only way I was able to stop the charges to my credit card, was to cancel the card and then apply for a new card, with my local bank. The bank was happy to work with me to get this done quickly, before more charges were made.

I went intoi Millenium Hyundi to purchase a Santa Fe. I told the salesperson I wanted to buy the vehicle and did not want financing but instead wanted the $7, 000 rebate they advertised. The sales person offered me a $2, 500 rebate and I go up to leave. As I was leaving the sales person yelled "Fuck You". I cannot find all the address details but I do have them. This company promises to give you a loan but you must pay 6 months in advance then you start repaying the loan after the sitxh month. The only problem they never deliver the loan. I was promised a $7, 000 loan for 5 years at $143 per month. I paid $858 sent via moneygram to a guy in Canada.
I have all this information on them and they will not run this scam on anyone else. I will get my money back and then some. read full review »

It was signed by a Mrs. Linda Billington - Range Rover Annual Promotions Co-ordinator. I was promised a raise that never happened, promised to relocate and that didn't happen, promised an apartment, and that didn't happen either. I had to deal with irate customers while the sales manager hid. Called Customer Service Number and that was a joke...answering machine that asks for your name and number. After five weeks I gave up and called my credit card compaany for a refund. I tracked down the owners information from the AZ Secretary of State. I have called and left messages for him regarding my issue and he will not call me back. People from this company have been calling my house wanting to speak with someone I don't even know. They make no secret of the fact they are a collection agency and are calling to try to settle a debt. I have spoken with some of their collectors on three different occasions now, and have told them each time that the person they are trying to reach is not at this number. They are usually very rude, acting as if they don't believe me (one of them even hung up on me), and they continue to call. This Comapny has multiple phone numbers and addresses. Nothing on their web site has the correct phone number or shipping address. I finally gor through after trying several different phone number listed by other consumers on google. They gave me a different address to send my return to and you did not need a confirmation number anymore. I ordered a "free" trial of the product. The next month I started receiving shipments of the product. I did not like the product after using the trial and send the shipment back. I have gotten 2 calls in one day from 2 seperate companies trying to get me to agree to having them send me $100.00 in gas vouchers for using one of my credit cards. This company is trying to force us to pay $1500, 00 assessment fees we were never notified in order for us to vote on it. They never gave us bylaws when we purchased it. We were young and stupid back then and didn't know we should have gotten them. I have read many blogs of numerous legalities they have broken.
