They cancel your card when you miss one payment and you are not notified until you try to use the card. When you call in that is when they tell you. I believe everyone should have more than one chance before they are totally cancelled. The credit limit is only $300.00 and they charge more than half that amount with all the fees before you can even use it. How is this giving a person another chance at establishing credit again if you yank the rug from under them right away? read full review »

I ordered from this merchant some human hair from his website. He never sent the merchandise and never answered any of my email or voicemails. I paid through Paypal and lodge a complaint. He pretended to answer by giving them a USPS tracking info, but never shipped the merchandise. This guy is a crook. His name is Russ Little (if that's even his real name). Never order from him! I made an appointment over the phone for two separate laser hair removal procedures and was told that a credit card was needed to hold the reservations. The appointments scheduled were for arm hair removal on 11/10/08 and chin and lip hair removal for 11/12/08. I was told that if I needed to cancel the appointments, so long as they were cancelled greater than 24 hours in advance I would not be charged for them. Stay away from Cottonwood Futons, Madison WI. From Cottonwood Futons, I purchased a futon frame, mattress, drawers for the frame, and a cover for the mattress. I received the drawers in a undamaged shipping box with the bottoms cracked. The drawer bottoms are about the thickness and structural integrity of a piece of cardboard. To dispute this 80% of homeowners must attend a meeting scheduled for December 1, 2008 at 2:00pm. First, our board is making poor choices. We are the number one state in foreclosures. We regularly get no mail delivery to our neighborhood. We had none on Tues, Nov 11 because it was a holiday, then we had none delivered on Wed, Nov 12 either! The box is right outside our condo unit, so I could watch other residents leave with no mail after checking their boxes, too. This has happened several times. Perhaps our condo unit mailbox is at the end of the route, but we deserve our mail regardless!!
