Money Magazine has a good article this week (see below) that deals with what happened to our family. We have always paid our bills on time and had the best credit rating available. When I was in College I survived with loans and a meager job. At my school the loan would be disbursed to the school and refunded to me. If the loan was registered you did not have to pay tuition as the school would wait for the loan. However, at my school 75% of the students live off campus and have rent. I took 2 items in to be altered When I went to pick them up, this place only takes CASH! But they don't tell you that (and don't have a sign posted or that info on your claim ticket) until you pick up the item up. I had to go back a second time-waste of gas. On 03/17/2006, I prepaid 3828.00 towards a 10, 360.00 implant bill. I spoke with a friend of a friend who advised me that I should go to a reputable dentist and not Vitaldent. I really didn't understand why, but in any case, of the 3828.00 paid to them, they provided only 1240.00 worth of services before I decided to find another dentist specializing in implants.
