This company has NO support for hosting services. My site has been down for 3 weeks and I've logged several trouble tickets with zero response. This company offered a free sample of Wu-Yi tea packets for the cost of shipping and handling. I did not agree to an automatic billing agreement yet they sent more of their product for $67.00, which I never would have agreed to. And there is no answer on their 800 number and the credit card company says I have to contact them to discontinue. I now cannot find their website. I can not reach any one at customer service ever!
