We laughed at her for weeks she finally told us where she got the coolaid colored hair. he told her it wasn't blue that everyone see's color different. In May of 2008 I purchased a 2001 BMW at Mazda Kia dealership in Reno NV and since the car had a little over 91, 000 miles on it I thought it would be a good idea to purchase an extended warranty. I ordered a baby shower cake using a design I brought in. The design was drastically off and noticably off to the guest as well. There was an inch of frosting (I measured) an d 3/4 inch fudge filling. This is way over the top in my opinion. No one ate the cake. I spent $85 for a cake that was literally thrown in the garbage. The customer service and owner were unapologetic and no resolution was ever offered. I was merely told they thought the cake was fine and I could have brought the cake back for a full refund. A year and a half ago, I purchased from the UK, over $60 worth of clothing from "hellbound housewife" which was run by Vanessa Ortega, I never received any of the clothing I ordered but Vanessa was quick enough to accept the paypal payment. The company offers a free trial of the weight loss product, promising the ability to cancel at any time. There is no way to get hold of the company by phone or email and they keep charging for and sending product even after the initial unfinished product is sent back with a cancellation request. read full review »

I've had a similar experience with idearc (verizon) yellowpages to that described by others here-cancelled advert in yellowpages, they said ok, keep getting bills, then collections call, etc etc. My opinion is this will happen more and more as they realize their business model is obsolete, and the only way they can make money is to inforce the small print in their contracts, and do all they can to trick consumers into believing they have to continue to pay them. They said that there is a 7 day trial period, and all I have to do to cancel it is call and tell them to cancel...more than 100 calls later, my bank account was charged--and I never once got an answer or a return call from them. Bought traffic package from him and he said that my site was getting traffic but I couldn't tell. Meanwhile, I noticed some changes that needed to be made to my account one of which was my url needed to be changed. So I did that and my account was switched to disabled mode. I emailed twice and asked that my account was re-enabled but no response from him whatsoever. It's been about 2 week, every morning at around 8:10 am I got a call with the message: "Please hold for a message from ERC." I was debited $47.00 on Nov.11th, 2008 for a 2 year unlimited access immediateley on my Visa debit and was led to believe I would have unlimited access to a movie download sight.
