Wells Fargo Financial Corporation Canada is stealing my home. i purchased a home three years ago using wells Fargo. my rate was approx. 7%. Paid a $12, 078.40 deposit on 63 motor scooters from Motor Mania in Sittard, they have a web site on Alibaba .com. They are also known as MM Exclusief BV Netherlands. They have not responded to many attempts to resolve the order. I understand they have started another company still under the banner of Motor Mania and are just keeping deposits. I asked for a trial offer only. I wanted to send a check for the $4.95. They said only by credit card. I said just the one charge and no others unless I requested it. After 3 days, I was so ill, I called them and they said send the product back, no charge. they have since sent 4 shipments all returned and nothing has been done. Submitted all documents needed for $20 gas rebate, received a letter stating that all correct info was not submitted but didn't tell me what that was. All information that was requested was sent it. There is no contact information except for the PO box. I should be receiving a total of $100 but didn't resubmit the first one because their explanation of refusal is because I didn't follow the terms and conditions of the offer. Beware this dealership is closing its doors as per Steve Monsees. He is the Service/Parts Manager. I called him because I left three messages for Anthony Minervini who is a service advisor. He never returned my calls. I brought my car in to the dealership because the engine light was on. They never told me that they were "going out of business" and as a result if I had any problems or was dissatisfied with their work that I would not have anyone to turn to. I just have a suggestion to build up the business. Make the OLD CARS again..the Pt Cruise was a hit. The Beetle was a hit...Make the old 50/60/70 vehicles...everyone loved them then and they still do. Everywhere, here and abroad. Don't copy what it out there it is boring... Nothing like an old Mustang, Old Ford Truck from the 40s or 50s. Pull those unique vehicles with fins and etc. out of the dust closet and make them again. Make them hybreds, make they gas effecient. I placed an order for a free trial on 11/12/08. The ad stated that the only thing you would need to pay is shipping and handling, which is $4.95. My credit card was charged $44.85 instead. So I proceeded to call the company. They have alot of odd wait times(44min 35sec, 57min 21sec, etc), so you know what...I waited!!! They tell you it will only cost 2.95 for a 7 day trial membership and that you can begin right away. Then they escalate the cost with special VIP offers and charge additional amounts for some "course" items. When you get to the end after you have paid, the online guide and access to jobs does not open and the password and user name is not given. I did the 14 day trial with the acaiberry for 3.95, they debited my account on 10/26 and didn't ship it until 11/10, it didn't receive it until 11/14, they proceeded to charge 89.31 to my account on 11/17, because the 14 day trial was up, even though I didn't have the opportunity to even try the product. I received a charge to my account by fit-fac on 11/5, both companies have assured me that I will recieve refunds within 10-14 days, that remains to be seen. Recently our Branch Manager who is new with this very large company where Corp HR and offices are in ND. The New Branch Manager has had many complaints and Corp HR dealings.. NOW the Branch manager has decided NO ONE can contact Corp HR and has elimanted the person titled HR contact from their position... After signing the contract they asked for a driver's license # or passport, but I have read that giving a driver's license # could also lead to identy theft. I love your store in kokomo and they have done a great job and i injoy going shopping their now athan before. I do have a concern. I am retired from security work and locksmith and I seen somethings that bother me and the security of the employees on check out counter.
