On 11/15/2008 had 2 charges taken from my bank account for magazine subscriptions: 1 amount for - $24.00, another charge foe $29.00 which I did not make either. I will be turning this over to the legal dpartment of my bank for futher investigation, and possible fraudulent charges against this company thru the Police department! Very bad marketing stategy. Product information indicated there was a 30 Trial period, and only pay the shipping and handling charge, now being told it was only to be 14 days. I took the 30 trial period, but was then charged again without having my authorization to do so. Have been trying the last few days, but not able to get through and being told to hold the line and a representative will be with you right away... absolutely false. Last April, I referred a friend to Work Out World, where I go to the gym. Because of this, I was entered in a drawing and won a free T.V. I was out for 2 months after surgery, and when I came back, I was given the run around every time I inquired about the T.V. After MONTHS of asking for my prize, I finally was told by the 5th manager I spoke to that my T.V. was "stolen" and because of my troubles I would get a few free months and a T.V. I purchased a new introduced vending machine called Snack Tower. They were brand new to the market. I have had nothing but problems with them since I in stalled them on Feb, 2, 2007. I keep my stainless steel pots & pans hanging across my breakfast bar. I paide $500.00 for them 6 years ago when we moved into my new house. Ms. LeeAnn Rost aka LeeAnn Vanderpool sold our family a 16 week old female yorkie puppy that had a congenital spinal deformity. We only had the puppy for less than 12 weeks before she died.
