On 11/02/08 I purchased a WEP200 bluetooth headset which I found to be very good. There is one big problem I found. I could not keep the headset firmly in my ear. I tried every thing I could it just would not stay in my ear. On a couple of occasions that day it fell completly off on the ground. I went to my local hardware store and purchased a couple of items that I thought could help me with my problem. I designed a type of ear hook that not only kept the device firmly in my ear but is comfortable and totally maximises my speaker clarity and volume. The General Manager is rude and disrespectful. She is never there to acknowledge or solve any complaints. The employees say she is at the back while the employees are the ones to cash out the tickets rather than her. If asked to talk to her she rudely will not look at you or apologize for the wait. This has happened to me and my family many times. It is a shame that pizza hut is loosing its regulars to papa johns because of lack of customer service, management, late orders, no drivers and a disgusting restaurant. This company took a subscription charge out of our account without having any authorization. When I finally got the phone number from Virgin Mobile, the man on the other end tried to say that we had authorized it back in August. This took place in November!!! The company won't refund the money and neither will Virgin Mobile. How they got our number, I do not know. Please be alert and don't let them rip you off too! I bought a RCA TV for my mother who is 86 and needed a replacement set since her old one past one. After about 4 months it went dead with a big snap and pop and a blank screen. I have tried to work with the so called warranty claims center. After months of complaining, open a complaint with the BBB. I get a pre-paid return label to return defective TV. I was returning merchandise through a pre-paid UPS package. I went to a staples shipping center. They took my package with my label and secured it properly by sealing it with the lable and tape. November 7, 2008 Professional Engineer gets stumped by microwave oven by LG. 2 year old microwave oven by LG goes dead in the water. I recieved a letter in the mail today containing a check in the amount of $4890 to be paid directly to me. Supposedly I was one of 20 winners splitting a $5 million dollar lottery pot from Shoppers Sweepstakes that washeld on Sept. 5, 2008. I had taken my car in to Jiffy Lube for an oil change. When I arrived, my Ford Explorer was running just fine. When I left, it was immediately making noises and the check engine light was on. Nine years ago, I used Sears to redo my roof. They dropped a large pack of shingles on a small patio on the second floor and cracked the granite. Sears replaced the granite but washed the new granite with acid which leaked into our copper gutters. Our gutters are ruined ONLY around the patio and a professional roofer assessed that the damage has come from the acid which Sears used to wash the installed granite.
