I received a call from First Universal Lending after filling out a form on the internet with Lending Tree. After speaking with the person at 1st Univ. Lending he assured they will lower my mortgage payment and interest rate with Wells Fargo. I keep getting these text messages about winning something and I deleted them, I had no idea where they came from. I talked to Verizon today and found that Predicto Mobile Services was charging 9.99 a month for this! I never signed up for it and I don't even know how to do text messages. My company recently finished a 5 month ordeal with National Pen Company. I have been receiving bills from Nursing 2008 magazine, published by Lippincott Williams & Wilkins. I never subscribed to the magazine.
