I bought a brand new 2008 Harley Night Rod Special from Harley Davidson of Cool Springs in Franklin, TN in June 2008. The bike rode well for the first few weeks and then began to have major problems. My brother recently had a Yamaha 4 wheeler financed through this company and my husband was the co-signer on this vehicle. No one told them that it was like a credit card when they bought the vehicle. My brother pays all of his payments online and he pays them on time each month. Apparently this company does not check their online service because every month they add late fees to his account, even though it was paid on time. I accepted a loan with GFS for a small amount of $225.00. After going through several hardships, I decided to enroll with a Debt Settlement Company. We also purchased a genetically defective Weim puppy from Patty. As a result we were left with expensive veterinarian bills too.
