In October 2007 we purchased a "Leather" sofa with 2 recliners and a reclining "Leather" chair. Within 2 weeks of owning the furniture, 1 of the arms on the couch broke loose as I was getting up. I ordered this camera from them in July and everytime I call them they tell me it will be 4 more weeks. I guess that is why they were selling it so cheap as they will never ship it to me. I never heard of this company until a charge appeared on my Visa account yesterday. I called the nunber listed by the vendor and received a voice recording, then the call automatically transferred and was disconnected. I tried this several times. I called my credit card provider and they tried the number and then informed me that there are several complaints of fraud against this company. 1and1.com recently sent me a notice that they went up on their rates. I contacted them to advise I no longer would be renewing with them as their website is very NOT user friendly. They charge my credit card every month for services I have not authorized. Trying to let a domain name be manually renewed rather than automatically renewed is an absolute nightmare.
