I took out a 3 for 30 package and was charged £30 each month. I upgraded on line to Large Broadband for an extra £7/month. Recently I was checking my bank statements and found that they are drawing £10 per month extra. Also, some months they have charged me twice. I called them and they said they had removed some of my discounts without notifying me. When I took the product it was not a time limited offer where discounts would be removed thereafter and now I'm at a loss about how I can get my money back. I just want to say the managers at Ross Store Inc. in Farmington, NM downgrade their employees where others can hear and never compliment the good work they do. I want to suggest the higher ups whoever they may be visit this store and talk with the employees on how they are being treated by two of these managers. I spent the whole day waiting for my FedEx package today, checking the tracking number every couple of hours. RPM is calling my phone trying to collect from someone I do not know. The only thing I have in common with the person they are trying to find is my last name. I tried to find out how they got my number and they were very rude and refused to answer my questions. They even hung up on me when I insisted that I talk to a supervisor. I have continually called and spoke to WFFB to correct my account. The account was taken out on May, 2006 with a balance of $3, 500. The amount that they are saying today 10/24/08 is still @ $3.282.60. I have asked repeatedly for WF to review my account and send me documentation of all of the payments that I have paid. I have not seen the new barn at the Silver lining, but I do know Dianne and her reputation is spotless. I have bought many horses over the years from Dianne and I send my customers to her first. If I am looking for a horse I will call Dianne before anyone else. I do not think Dianne is actually a trainer at the Silver Lining or anywhere else, but she does keep her horses there.
