I was scheduled for a phone interview by Kristen Riffle, the "scheduler", of Bridgeway Professionals for 1:00pm on 16 Oct 2008. The interview was scheduled to be conducted by recruiter Amy Recker. I had replied two days prior via e-mail that the above-mentioned time was agreeable. However, as of ~2:00pm today (16 Oct 2008), I have yet to receive a call from Ms. Recker to conduct the phone interview, nor have I received any notice that there might be a scheduling conflict. This is just POOR customer service - not only to the person waiting for the phone interview, but also to the company that has hired this agency to recruit candidates for them. read full review »

Two months ago, my teenager daughter decided that she wanted some blue highlights, a trend around here for the summer. To find exatly the color she wanted, I went to Sally Beauty Supply where I bought the Color Jamz "Tripped up Turquoise". I took the product to our stylist and after she applied the product as directed, my daughter's hair turned out seaweed green. The stylist try to fix applying the product again, but it was useless. To cover the green color the stylist needed to dye it dark blue, almost black.

Some homeowners agree that fraud is involved with this newly appointed association in Saw Creek, PA. This situation involves renovations and new dues. The complaint we have against the Mill Pond assoc. is tied in with a prior lawsuit because saw creek is divided into 2 parts -private homes and townhouses. we are now paying 100 percent more in dues and an additional 20, 000 for renovations that were forced upon the homeowners in a misleading way.

This company called one of our stores and spoke to the assistant manager, telling her they needed to confirm our contact info for an online listing, although we never solicited their advertising. She gave them the contact info and they asked her to verify they could post, and she said yes. We then received an invoice for nearly $500 for this listing, which includes nothing but our address and phone number, not even a hyperlink to our website. We have all our accounts with Abbey including mortgage, two business and two current accounts. Both the business and personal side have seriously let us down. Business banking took over a month to get a new debit card to us and we were unable to use our business account for that period of time. I was surfing something else, I did not intend to sign up for anything like this, next thing I know my bank account has had $49.95 taken twice and $99 taken once.
I called them when I saw it on my statement, I told them I was going to submit a fraud claim to my bank and was told a refund would be done, this was on July 15th 2008. I was given a confirmation number for all three monies deducted without permission from my bank account.

I have had nothing but a nightmare since Orange took over Wanadoo! All day now I have been on the phone! My internet hasn't been working properly for a good few months now! Thinking that maybe it was the amount of people trying to access the internet the same time as me I thought nothing of it! I had told her that i was in a financial bin, that I would call her back on Friday, Oct 24 after i found out about my finance. a day later she called again and than she start calling my work and another guys was calling and i was too busy to answer the call.

In August I applied to an add for training at Nissan of Greenville Nc. I went through the interview with Tim. He told me there would be some upfront costs but he didn't know how much off hand. After the interview he said he would contact me in a few hours to tell me if I got the position. I did, and started training the following day. I have called their customer service number numerous times to cancel my order within their alloted time of 15 days to cancel an order. When I call between business hours of 9:00am - 6:00 pm ET, either I do not get connected, i.e. dead line or if I do connect, I get a recorded message that I am to wait for a customer service representative, then after waiting, I would get a second recording stating that I have reached them during non-business hours and that I should call back. Slow, disconnects a peak times. Been with them for 2 1/2 years... only renewed because they said they would price match... turns out that their price match for an unlimited package meant putting us on a 2gb capped package and then charging us 8 months later for over usage and phone call charges - which of course drew our attention to 'our mistake'. I don't have the other info right now. Infact, I had to contact the AG's office in TX to see if they had any info because I had none. I bought 2 "leather" purses that I thought that this purse would solve my usual dump. Boy, my mistake. Not only did I spend almost $50 for 2 purses (I never pay that for a purse) I had to downsize what I had in my purse.

I am tripping over the bags under my eyes. Brightview Internet Services Limited (who operate the Which? magazine best-buy Waitrose Anytime dial-up isp) seem to think that I have used the internet for 200 hours over the last 12 days! I sent money for Cross Bow through Paypal. Have not received Cross Bow or money back. Would not respond to any emails until I named them a fraud. I have a claim pending with Paypal against them for my money back. I finally get am email from them and they actually wanted me to drop my claim with Paypal and resolve claim with merchandised received. Then they would refund my money. What a joke!! All this trouble and I have missed archery season.
