I recieved a 29.95 charge to my debit card from Dri*element.com. I have never done buisness with this company nor did I give them my account information to charge my card. I have cancled that card and i am in the process of disputing the charge with my bank. My recent use of that card was for PCTools.com. The reason I purchased from PCTools was because I found 2 hidden keylogger programes on my personal computer. A keylogger program saves keystrokes and screen shots and then sends them to someone. Around April 2008 I purchased a refrigerator and a gas stove at Conn's Appliance Center on Memorial Hwy in Port Arthur, Tx. I'd had the refrigerator about 2 months and it seemed like the ice maker was not producing ice the way it should. Then you have to pay $15 - $35 processing fee to register each and every certificate with Vacation Getaways in Dublin, CA. I have lived with my husband in our mobile home for 14 yrs. I have been seriously ill for about 12 of those years, so my husband did the bills, which is not his strong suit. Sometime during the last week of August I ordered their album from their website. Then I got an email from the company saying that they were having problems with orders and that I would be receiving a limited edition hardcopy CD. It is now the middle of October and I have not received anything. I have tried emailing them and have had no luck. Rogers Communications make it a habit of bilking even the most long-standing customers out of every penny possible. Their complaints department practice the art of bouncing you around from department to department giveing you no support until you can take it no more and hang up. Central Kia is the worst company that I have ever dealt with in all of my professional career. They are sneaky with paperwork. They raised the price of the vehicle up from the internet price, they agreed to pay half of tax title and license but then when the paper work was ready to be signed it included the whole amount. I received an advertisement from the Performance Health USA in which they stated that they would send me free samples of pomogranite capsules and for that I had to pay the Shipping Charge of 3.99 USD through Credit Card. I purched the DERMAWAND from an infomercial on TV. This product is a Spa Treatment at home. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT. It burned my face - still burned now after 6 weeks! While my daughter was attending Penn State, I had a landline hooked up . At one point I was late paying the bill (another story) and they sent a dunning notice. I paid that bill. They advertise free driver fix, and then it takes you 30 minutes to download their software and they identify your problems and then they say that you have to register to get the drivers and full benefit of the software. THEN you register and THE LAST SCREEN IS THE PAYMENT SCREEN, and they won't download and install the drivers if you don't pay. I have been waiting for NYCHA to complete my transfer after it has been approved going on a year now. It was granted due to me living an hour away from my grandfather who is terminally ill and requires assistance. He lives in Taylor-Wythe Houses. I live in Linden. I wonder what are they waiting for?
