Before having my first baby I called Pomco to get details of my coverage. I asked if I would be 100% covered. They assured me I would be. I probed further and asked if ALL Doctors, Nurses, Drug adminitrators would be covered. They said yes. I asked for a list of ALL COVERED workers under the plan for my reference. I was reviewing my checking account, on line, when I noticed this electronic check for $39.99 that had gone through. I called the number and along with the reference number they were able to tell me it was for an adult website subscription!! They told me they would refund the amount and stop the subscrition and I need to call my bank to report the FRAUD as well as close my account. This is so UPSETTING!! The owner of this business is a very caddy woman. On a recent visit to this spa, of which I have been a patron for a long time, I heard the owner gossiping about another client with her current client. I find this to be extremely tacky, yet not suprising from other reviews I have found on the internet. This company is TERRIBLE. I have dealt with them twice now in regards to delivering mulch and other bulk materials (rock, barkdust) and I'm absolutely sure I will never use them again. They are rude on the phone when taking orders from customers. Their system of not being able to give you a window of delivery time (they say "we'll deliver tomorrow, or Tues, as opposed to tomorrow morning between 9am and 11am.) is very compromised. This place claimes that is is an accredited music college through an affiliation with SUNY Old Westbury. It has been accepting students for under grad. and GRAD. students for Master Degree and Music Therapy courses as well. I added minutes on a friend's go -phone" pay as you $25.00 and after this they charged my debit card for the next 10 months to auto pay his bill in the amount of 77.01 per month.
