I cancelled my membership, tried to do it by phone as I had a sister-in-law in the hospital with a life threatening disease and we spent every hour we could with her. I placed an order with this company because it has a return guarantee. When i received the items it wasn't what they claimed to be. I visited your Pharmacy located in Wildwood, NJ and submitted my prescription for Viagra. The pharmacist informed me in public with loud voice that my insurance only approves Levitra because Viagra is a "pleasure drug for recreation". It seems that she is unprofessional with her communication skills as well as ignorant by not recognizing that this drug is indicated for Erectile Dysfunction. I mailed the rebate form plus the box end with codes as directed and a copy of my order confirmation for a new phone service but did not get my rebate. I have been in contact with AT&T online but they say the did not receive it. I has been since July 2008 they said it takes at least 8 weeks. Now it is OCtober 30, 2008. They were suppose to send the rebate promo card. I have always had trouble with AT&T and their rebates. It takes several phone calls just to get the correct form. In Aug., 2008, payments were made through these sites, and after a 1 day trial memberships, my credit card was automatically charged full membership fees, even though there was no access to the sites that they were billing me for. When I tried to contact these companies, using the phone number provided, which happens to be the same for both billing companies, I was given other phone numbers to other companies that had no idea or any records of the accounts.
