After 5 months I still do not have anything that I paid for from this company. I paid them to photograph my wedding, and have gotten nothing from them. They took them off the internet as soon as they said they would even though they have not sent me anything- though promised within 12 weeks. I feel strongly compelled to lodge a complaint regarding the local Movie Gallery's treatment of it's longer-term clerk employees. First of all, they never answer their phone, so it is almost impossible to talk to someone in person. All you can do is send them an email, and they choose whether to call or email you back. There was a confusion about delivery, and they said they would contact the shipper, and then obviously never did, as the item did not get delivered. They had to ship it out again a week later. Used cooking oil purchased for production of biodiesel was heavily contaminated with degreaser. This contamination created large amounts of gasses and caused swelling of flexitank and extensive damage of shipping container. Also when made into biodiesel, producer reported extensive damage was caused to vehicles engine injectors due to degreaser contamination. I booked an excursion from Shoretrips.com for a cruise I recently took on Voyager of the Seas, (Royal Carribean) leaving Barcelona last month. It was $225 to take a train to Rome from the Cittavechhia port, for one day to be escorted by a tour guide to see the Colisuem, etc. etc. The trip also included a modestly valued lunch. Their only interest is whether they can sell you the "plan" for $442 or the one for $513. Even after I said I was only interested in one office visit for my dog's ear problem, I was forced to listen to 4 minutes of a gal reading about each of their plans, asking me which I wanted, and telling me I really needed to sign up for one. Transmission needed repaired 3 times, each time I called transparts and either got the run around about that Scott Yaslow was out of town, not in the office or would call me back. The time he did call back he lied and said he would make everything right, he would call my technician, he never did and when they called him he was rude, said we were trying to scam him and take advantage of him, and other times they just plain hung up on us. I am a tenant of Simco management properties located in the Grove City. I have to say this apartment very much lacks proffessionalism. I have two small babies aged between 3 and 4. Today I paid a collection agency for a bill that was never mine just to keep it off my credit rating. I cancelled our service with webhosting on the telephone in August 2007 as they were too difficult to contact and usually had to wait on hold for over a half our at a time just to speak to a customer service representative. We had a furnace installed 10/07 by an aquaintance, Tim Powell, who has his own company. It was an emergency and money was short. Tim installed a used furnace and redid our duct work. It took him 2 days to complete the job. The furnace was fine last year but when the AC was turned on the furnace leaked. Extremely poor service: On the website, it was mentioned to call ahead to get pick up at Baltimore Travel Plaza. I called a week ahead to find out the process. I frequent Santana Row all the time and love to shop and eat at all their great restaurants. After a long day I will often go sit in a chair under a big oak tree to enjoy music. Purchased a fairly expensive desk lamp. Looked at these lamps on several web sites. None of them mentioned that the lamps will not work with a standard CFL bulb. The socket on the lamp requires a special bulb with a small pointed tip at the base of the bulb in order to receive power. Standard bulbs will screw into the socket but they won't receive power. The only bulbs that work (though they are nothing special except for the little tip) are $25 EACH. This is unjustifiably many times more expensive than commonly available bulbs. read full review »

DO NOT ORDER FLOWERS FROM E FLORIST. If already not, one of the biggest internet fraud company out there. Order flowers from E Florist and flowers were never deliver. In Oct. '07, The Grant People contacted us saying they could get us a grant for $500, 000. We would need to send $2500 for down payment, other half would be paid when grant was recieved. Then in Feb. '08 they needed money for a business plan which was $10, 000. We gave half down again with a promise that we would recieve a grant for $250, 000 then they would continue looking for other grants for the remaining amount.
