I purchased a extended warranty contract from Heritage 10/10/02 for my 1999 Acura TL. I had my first claim on 3/7/2007 for a EGR valve gasket and o-ring for $247.07 this claim was paid. On 3/10/2008 I had a claim for a auto dimming rear view mirror that the dealer(Zimbrick Acura) got the authorization for and they performed the work. I did a "people search" through Intelius. They have now been billing me long after the first service was billed. They seem to be billing me as some kind of subscription which I did not agree to. I will continue to call them AGAIN!!! and get it cancelled and credited to my VISA card. I was a patient of a very reputable pain management center. Had to find another doctor due to us moving over an hour away. Found this doctor on insurance website and made an appointment. I thought this was another pain care center but when I went in I realized that it was set up in an office of another doctor. In September I looked in my mailbox to find a receipt for oil delivery, a delivery I never authorized. WhenI talked to the staff they told me they only took clients that were automatic delivery. I told him I never would have asked for any oil delivery if they informed me of that and he said he would not have taken me as a customer. I got a scratch & win card in the mail from Miracle Maid. It had five cards and if you matched three cards you won a prize. I had three aces, so i called the winners hotline. I had to schedule an appointment to watch a presentation of their product at which time i was told my prize was a $500.00 shopping spree. A company called ENCORE MKTG (of which you must have a contract) has made charges payable to EASY SAVER on 3 recent billing cycles of my American Express card. Please don't be fooled by this product, especially if you have a young family and are looking for a trouble-free solution to your garage flooring. They claim to offer a two year warranty and will do a moisture test prior to installation to make sure their product will work. UPS is very inconistent with its drop off policy. My shipper specific allowed for package to be left with signature. Which I signed for, but the driver refuses to leave package. It is completely indiscriminate wether they leave it or not. FedEx always leave, and is much much better service. I can't believe I am saying this but so is USPS. Don't use UPS ground, Union drivers don't care about customer service. UPS can't fire them so why try. FedEx non-union and great service read full review »

We had our wedding photos done by RedLine (formerly Blur photography) and you really do get what you pay for. It may be the "best priced" but the quality is horrible. Do not be fooled by the gallery that is displayed on the website. The lighting is off, the assistants were un-educated, and the main photographer seemed to be taking un-necessary photos. We hardly had any good photos from the proofs to choose from. There's a good reason why it was called Blur Photography. There is also poor service when trying to communicate with the company. This company has a Better Business Bureau rating of F for good reason. Like many others in this area we did not do our homework before signing up and paying for a full year of service. There were problems from the outset (poor, sloppy installation) and service that degraded to the point that it was less than dial up. This does not work like satellite, it is more of a wi-fi system.
