I am making this complaint against Donna Roberts for Breeding the Best Havanese Puppies in the US. My wife had to go back and buy two more, so now we have three dogs. All our dogs were healthy and they are so loving it's sickening. They all sleep in bed with us and have taken over the house. Company failed to pay numerous employees in a timely manner, and failed to pay them the correct amount for time worked. Complaints were made by some to labor board and by others to BBB, neigther of which bothered conducting an investigation. This presented a problem when a couple of incidents occurred in which Security Officers were stealing food from client sites because they had not recieved a paycheck and could not afford to buy food any longer on their own. read full review »

I am a renting tenant in Rogers Park, and the building management company, Wellington Realty Group, has turned off the heat and hot water to the entire building due to unpaid condominium assessments from some of the condo owners. Network Solutions has apparently dissolved Monster Commerce and moved everything to the NS servers... Apparently they failed to move the billing addresses... 4 months after returning our rental car to the Hertz Agency in Idaho Falls Airport, I received notice that a claim of damage to the car was made in the amount of $978.80 with add'l charges totaling $1513.35!! I am an x-model. I took all my high-end runway clothing, including a fur coat and diamond/white gold cross, to her shop to sell. She told me I had to pick it up (while I was out of town). Received letter stating we should call above number. Was told he was collecting a debt for Dakota -originaaly Providian, SAid we should immediately mail $2200.00 before we could start making $50.00 monthly payments. When he was told we had to hang up because of a doctors appointment he said if we hang up it will cost us an addional $2000.00. WE now have an appointment On Monday -10/19/08 with a financial advisor. This man was very rude his actions uncalled for. I received what I thought was an introduction free trial offer of Acai Pure Trial. I got the invoice and there is a $29.95 charge on my credit card for Hoodia Water which I did not order. I am a diabetic and I can't take any type of diet aid. I called and they say "because of a high number of calls" please call back at another time. You have do something in 15 days about returning. I tried about a week after I got the product and again you can't get them on the phone. I would like a reply if possible. I don't know where to turn next. This is a total scam. This company sends contractors out to your home representing them however if the contractor damages any of your property they put all the blame on the contractor and advise they have no affilications with the contractor. Please do your home work before getting this company do perform any work for your home. They use independant contractors but you need to ensure if anything goes wrong they will accept liabilty. This company sent postcards asking consumers to respond to a survey to get a $25 gift card. They actually wanted consumers to allow a salesman come over to sell a water filtration system. The person on the phone said that the only way to get the gift card was to have the salesperson come over and discuss the wfs and he would deliver the gift card. The salesperson came over and spent almost an hour trying to sell me the system and did not have the gift card. He said it would be mailed to me, but I have not gotten it.
