I never knew about that because I had moved and never got the summons to go to court. He would not make payment arrangements and wouldn't even listen to garnishing my salary. Seems like Mike J had a similar experience to mine. My motorcycle is an 07, not even 2 years old yet. The salesmen lie not only about the service package, but also about financing terms. I was told my payments would be $100 a month, and that I could take as long as I wanted to pay it off. I got my first bill and it was $256. The card said to call and cancel by Nov 27, but when I called, it was automated and said I'd have to call again by Nov 27. Our mattress has deeper than normal body depressions after only 1 year. It has been inspected by Mattress World and declined because we didn't buy the matching box spring. We were told by Mattress World at the time of purchase that our box spring was fine and "Would not void the warranty!". It is absolutely ridiculous that this company charges you $15.00 dollars to make a payment by phone. It is also ridiculous that when a payment is made on line electronicly that it takes 3 days for it to post to your account. My daughter and I waited months for the Restaurant to open under New Management, and finally when it did open we went for a Chinese Buffet Dinner. That evening I began to feel sick and started to vomit, unfortunately I wasnt near the bathroom so I had to clean the mess after, while cleaning it i discovered a plastic washer in my vomit.. The company called me to update my business listing in the phone book and voice verified my free listing and then thru in a service very discreetly that I didn't know I would be charged for and read it off so fast, I didn't know it happend. Then they charged me $42.15 on my bill (which I called and cancelled--but they said I had agreed to this service). In September, Citizen offered a dual policy for both Wind Storm and Property Insurance at less than precious Property Insurance Coverage. I took the hook without complaint. This company has harrased me and refused to take me off there call list. Although I've repeatedly asked them to take me off there call list they continue to call and harrass me daily. I called a total of 22 times, and spoke with at least 6 different representatives that I have their names, and they continued to hang up on me.
