I had purchased a front loading washing machine LG Tromm from one of the dealers of LG INDIA. I was given the date of installation and demo for this new machine on the 4th of Sept 2008. I had called up their call center and helpline 11 times regarding my installation and demo and each time they said that the technician would arrive in half an hour. I recently purchased living room set from this company and was assured everything was in stock and delivery was scheduled for the following week.
