I purchased an Air conditioner unit from a company that uses HRS as a credit company, I was not told this when I purchased this unit. I was told I would have it paid off in 5 years, I have been paying on it for 8 and have not brought the balance to even half of the original price. I just found out about this when my wife brought it to my attention that we were still getting bills from them and she had been paying them but thought we should have finished 3 years ago. I cancelled my service due to inability to use a wireless PC Card outside the city (they do not offer coverage in majority of Texas), and agreed to the early cancelation fee ($200). Ceutics central basically charges your credit card for the products you order but then you don't get them. They do send an order confirmation email, but you never receive the promised shipping notification (b/c they don't ship it). You can only leave a phone message (your call goes right to voice mail) and they don't return messages, phone or otherwise. I filled up my car in Livingston Texas . I drove it to Huntsville, Texas and was going to fill it up before I started my trip to Denton, Texas . My car is a 1997 Lumina and regularly gets 28 to 29 miles per gallon of gas. The owner operator of this company is extremely unprofessional. She was intoxicated while on the property and was extremely rude to my party of four people. Jamie the maintenance man was also intoxicated walking around with a beer in each hand, he set a beer can down in front of our room and left it there. My sister recently had Wal-Mart auto services install a battery in her car. After a few days the car stalled and had to be towed to garage. The mechanic found that the wrong battery had been installed. It was too high, it overheated and welded the hood latch shut as well as caused damage to the underside of the hood.
