After contacting Rona Canada I was told to phone Honeywell. I did and was told that they guaranty it for 90 days. After that tough luck . I did not expect it to break down so soon. I bought it as a Christmas present for my son. Honeywell told me to ship it to California. They offered me $40.00. I do not think that a wine fridge gets much wear or tear. On the day of the photos being taken I checked online with that exact store location and they offered a portrait called the Bronze Collection and it was listed as $79.99 for 10 portraits sheets. They also Signature Collection for $59.99 for 7 portraits. We got an unauthorized charged by Your Billing Solutions Inc. thru our telecom provider. I did not register for this, despite they claimed they got my email address in the internet registration...I never received any email confirmation of this registration...if I ever did registered. Owner/Operator of franchise was rude when I asked him for a small strip of boxing tape. I tracked my shipment a week later to find that this UPS location held onto my shipment for 5 business days before finally shipping it out. This was a repair shipment with a RMA that had a limited time span (expiration). This franchised location jeopardized my transactions. Would never use this location again... I scheduled the (non) service with this company through Jenn Air. I was promised they would arrive between 8-12. When they were 3 hours late I called the service number and got a horrible run around. I just got the call that the appliances that we ordered over 3 weeks ago and were expected to be delivered tomorrow when we move into our house will not be delivered now until WEDNESDAY. On 8/27/08 I purchased two outdoor solar lamps for my lawn to shine on the American flag at nite. Today it is 8/29/08 and I had to go outside with a match to see if the light was working, it was but it does not to do anything. The flag is only five feet away from the spot lights. I have been trying for 2 years to get my mother's billing statements straightened out and she keeps getting bills. In Indiana there are some counties where there is supposed to be no premium charged for coverage. My mother lives in one of those counties - Huntington County. I too was scammed back in December 2005. I paid them, not $75.00, but $400 for several vacations. I sent a notice to cancel during the first 30 days but never was returned the money. After calling constantly, I eventually gave up. Someone needs to go down there (if they are there) and punch them in the nose! Story of my car... I leased a new 2008 Nissan Altima from Butler Nissan with 10 miles on it and my first time ever having a brand new car. Well, two months later we had flooding that took place all over Indiana. My car was a victim of it, not once, but twice. First they tell you there are guaranteed post-election posts. Then they tell you there aren't. Also, they demand you drive extreme distances (Louisville, KY to Columbus, OH) on short notice to interview with them, and after the interview, they never called me one way or the other to let me know. If I drive 10 hours in a day to interview with someone, the least they can do is pick up a phone to let me know one way or another. Yesterday I was in this branch and was seating down enjoying my meal when, to my surprise I happened to observe what was happening on the store. This complaint should concern Safeway Management: I stood in line after doing my shopping, when a manager/bookkeeper stopped at 'my' register, replaced clerk, dug money, checks out of register, walked off with reg. drawer to a private office. My wife is type 1 diabetic. She has been fighting to keep her sugar under control for 5 years.Her doctor gave her a prescription for a insulin pump. Her doctor said this will be the only way to keep her sugar under control and keep her kidneys from failing. My wife was also told she needs to be on the pump if she wants to have a baby. I purchased two bags from eluxurysupplier and both arrived damaged, wreaked of fish odor and were vinyl not leather as advertised. Was told by "Jennifer" I could return both bags for full refund. Spent $60 on postage and tracking number and now "Luna" says they don't give refunds they just replace the damaged bags.
