I hired Citi-Tel to install a computerized (NEC Aspire) telephone system to coordinate calls between my 3 business locations and increase our efficiency. We spent over $10, 000 with this company, but to date have had nothing but headaches from them. Their programmers are not knowledgeable and their customer service is next to nothing. This company installed a roof and eaves. The eaves were not suitable for the house. The roof leaks in at least four places. The repair job that they did was inadequate. They are denying responsibility for their substandard work and are refusing to honour their guarantee. read full review »

Let me start by saying that we have stayed at this resort many times in the past and have been very satisfied with all aspects. Although the camp is some what new, I attended the adult / child week end program. What I and other parents found it is not what it claims to be. I paid over $200 dollars for my brand new cell phone. Instead of redelivering it to my house, they decide it would be a good idea to leave it way down the street with a neighbor i have never meant. I am so pissed!! So now the courier is going to come to their house tomorrow to try to retrieve the package. I walked down there and they won't answer their door, the lights are on and i know someone is home and they won't answer. One of the Owners Pedro Cano was very un-professional, agresive and unpolite with the customers. With no reason he started to scream with bad words and asking us to leave the restaurant in a very bad matter throwing us the drinks and the cell phone to the floor. On May 08, 2008 my credit card was charged $49.99 which I understood was to pay for the annual fee to continue Norton Anti Virus protection. For the past few days I have been receiving a notice via my e-mail address that my protection will cease if I do not pay for the service.
