I took my cat Penny in specifically to be treated for feline acne. I was told I had to pay $34 up front when I made the appointment. No other charges were mentioned. When I arrived they proceeded to clean my cats ears, check for ear mites and found none, check for fleas and found none yet gave her a shot saying it was for fleas and ticks and ear mites. Car loan was taken from HSBC in sept'02 over 60 installments. After paying off 58 installments, last 2 cheques were not presented by hsbc for clearance. Innumerable phonecalls followed by & a letter couriered to the manager at mumbai main branch (on 17/4/08) have had absolutely no response from the bank. A simple request to present the last 2 cheques for clearance so that i may get my Noc has been ignored causing unnecessary delay & inconvenience. My wife Linda Farrow arrived at this store around 10:20 AM for a front end alignment on a 2000 Chevy Blazer. Problems with the steel rim (15x5.5 wheels) weld failing on 1998 Ford Windstar vans...it's not a fluke, we're on our third wheel. The weld fails causing air to leak...resulting in a slow leak, and a perpetually low tire. No remedy but to buy new wheels. There was no disclosure of any obligation to a subscription for using this service. I was excited to go to the mystery dinner theatre at Bistro Romano...I saved up money to go! And then, I realized that I was charged my for ticket and the tickets of four others as well. I had to call to bring up the mishap to the restaurant, I had to followup every time. The owner has never called to discuss with me, but rather has had his manager and other staff speak with me.
