I have purchased a ticket of Jet Airways with a intention to get frequent flier points on Etihad Airways card. I have been advised by Jet Airways counter staff in Hyderabad that, the Etihad is not their partners. Further the airport staff informs to me that I have to be at the airport 2 hours in advance. Ordered a Treadmill online from the above website on Aug 15th, 2007. On Sept 4, 2007, we received an Elliptical Trainer instead. The Elliptical Trainer was picked-up on Sept 20th, 2007, by Old Dominion Freight (who screwed up the paperwork.) However the distributor Keys Fitness, for the above company has recieved the Ellpitical back. I recently ordered sports goggle frames (frames only without lens) from this company. Was told one to two weeks of shipping at the time when ordered. Its now four weeks since placing the order and still not receive the product. Called the company at the second week after order, was told that the product will be shipped very soon. Then called the company during the third week after order, was told that the product will be sent using an upgraded shipping so I can receive the product in 4 days. This store is pure fraud. Do not do business with them. You have been warned. They list products below everyone else, attracting you to order. Then they take no action on your order, soon or later you will call them to check. At that point their salespeople pitch all kinds of stuff to you. I bought a new Acer Aspire Laptop in Singapore airport at the computer shop mentioned above. The staff did not perform the standard check on the laptop and when I returned home to Indonesia, I discovered the laptop to be defective. They refuse to send a new laptop to my home until I ship the old one back. Problem is that I depart to Japan in a week and need he new laptop. I am having a Consumer No. 1744 (Jasodaben M Raj) with the Dwarkesh Gas Agency, Grid Crossing, Anand (Gujarat). I booked for Gas cylinder on 25.07.08 with an assurance that the cylinder will be delivered after 15 days. But the same has not been delivered till date. I have personally submit the document as they required for issuing the gas cylinder. I have to borrow cylinder from my neighbor for use due to such delay. I am really upset with this company, if that's what it is. I ordered the CD and when I got my last credit card statement there was an additional charge for $49.99. In checking the web site, I found where I was supposed to have been notified that this would happen on my confirmation letter. I didn't. I am not a 'happy camper'. July 19th, we gave a birthday party for my 4 year old. After the party, we cooked hot dogs for my family, my friend, her 3 girls, and one other girl. We fed five hot dogs on Great Value Buns from the local Wal-Mart. One of the girls came back for a second hot dog. I had an unauthorized charge as well. I logged into my account and there is no information on the source of this charge. The date of the charge does not correspond to any auto renewal. Amount $49.99. Making matters worse, I don't think the software is very effective. It never finds any viruses or gives any insight into intrusion attempts. I just moved into a new house and have KitchenAid and Whirlpool appliances throughout the kitchen. The oven has had to be repaired 4 times, the frig water dispenser didn't work, the gas cooktop wasn't installed correctly and the dishwasher doesn't always start when you shut door. A&E gives an 8am to 5pm window and they have canceled the afternoon of day of appointment.
