I saw the offer for a free trial of tea to lose weight. I responded to it. I never received the tea. Then, surprisingly, my bank account was being debited by two companies - Wu Yi Tea and Living Lean - and I didn't even know who Living Lean was! My bank explained I had to call Living Lean so I did. They did refund but only one month, not all the months they had been taking money away from me. But it got worse - apparently Wu Yi Tea was still taking money out - and the bank gave me their phone number (not orginally available). When I called, it said cancellations had to be on-line. On June 3rd we had an A&E service tech come to our house to look at our Ice maker. It was no longer making ice. He stated it was a very common problem with Amana icemakers and he was surprised it lasted 8 years. We agreed to the replacement cost of $393 for parts & labor. Bought a Panasonic PV-GS90 Mini DV Camcorder from Best Buy. Went home. Put a tape in to test camera and try it out prior to a trip. During playback, I noticed a green dot on the screen. imagination3dartzone.net is a Big SCAM. Avoid them at all cost. They will steal your money and make you regret purchasing anything online. I have tried many othe web designing companies in the past. All this company tries to do is make you login to the control panel and talk to their "indians" who don't have a single understanding of what you have to say. I purchased the jewelry on Saturday June 7 to wear to my 50th birthday party that night. When I went to take the necklace off it was tarnished! My reaction was yuk!!! I had just bought this necklace not even 24 hours ago. The next morning my neck felt as if someone was taking pins and needles and pricking my neck. I lasted all of that day and into the next day. Now I just have some itching. I haven't taken the jewelry back to kohl's as yet but I do intend to so they can see what they're selling. We bought the Black series (king size), supposedly Top of the Line for $2500. After less than 3 months, there were two troughs in the mattress. Simmons states that up to a 2" dip (with no one on the mattress) is acceptable. It cannot be slept on with that much of a dip. We are not sleeping at all, wake up achy all over. My wife and I are both in good shape and definitely not overweight. We wrote letters to Simmons but got no where with it. I want to throw it to the curb! The owner, Ray, will not accept any responsibility for his mistake; He is very hostile and should not be in business. I took a table cloth in for dry cleaning; it had some food stain on it. I had dry cleaned the same table cloth at least 7 other times at another dry cleaners; All the stains would come out; Ray not only did not get any of the stains out but he did not offer an apology or an explanation or as a good gesture a free trail to get the stain out. I took my vehicle in for a detail. When I hurriedly picked it up at the end of the day, it started shaking and then the 'service engine soon' light came on. I took it to a mechanic, they said the problem was caused by the coils getting wet. Called the salesperson, he said to send him the bill. He said this sometimes happens. I don't know if this is a consumer complaint, but I think people should know about this company. My husband worked for them, despite being warned by other installers. They retained a large sum of money from his check in what they call "escrow" to insure any work that he did for them, he was told that he would get the entire amount back since all of his work was excellent. I had it shipped to my mail forwarding service in Washington, and then had it forwarded to my temporary home in the Philippines. I have been using broadband of bsnl since oct 2006, since then I am facing problems regarding connectivity. It disconnects every 15 days and I am not able to deliver the work on time to my clients. I do not have any outstanding on my PCO connection. The line is disconnected for non-payment. When i call customer care, i am told it is a error due to a mistake from their billing dept. This is not the first time this is happening. I register a complaint but without any action. My problem is maintenance issues. Since I have moved in in January, there have been many maintenance problems that I have brought up to the office and have never been taken care of. I went Superstar for alignment today. They told me that alignment for 2 wheels for $50 and 4 wheels for $90 but they need to inspect my car first in order for a correct quote.
