I purchased a Sears Oasis washing machine November 2007, after 6 months the machine would not spin, the Sears repair man came out and fixed it. He stated that there were problems with this model. In June 2008 the machine would not spin, Sears said this is unrelated to the other incident and this would not be covered under the warranty. Just noticed an unauthorized credit card charge on May 20, 2008 from a company called "HB Products Unlimited" in West Jordan, Utah. Charge was for $69.97. I ordered 3 pairs of shoes from Sunset Strip Shoes. The first two pairs came in the wrong color. And the last pair was back ordered. I contacted the company about what I could do about the shoes that came in the wrong color. They took FOREVER getting back to me and then gave me the run-around. Purchased A Torin 3ton garage combo set (floor jack and stands) on 1/6/08. Got it out over the weekend to use for the second time and it went up but couldn't get it down, had to use pliers to turn the release gear. This is very dangerous. On 8th June I was traveling on the 17.04 Edinburgh Waverley train station to Dyce Aberdeen. I went to The Pasty Shop within the station and bought a Steak & Stout Pasty. The pasty was tasty and hot, however on my arrival at Dyce at approx 19.45 I started to feel a little ill. As the evening progressed I felt increasingly worse and as a result spent the next 24 vomiting, with hot and cold flushes, stomach cramps, diarrhea and loss of appetite. I bought a Fastcard pre-paid atm card for my teen aged son. According to instructions, you transfer it over to a pre paid credit card. We followed the instructions, and waiting for a month for the new card. I gave them a call. That was a miracle to get to talk to someone live. Any way, I was informed that they couldn't change the card over! I couldn't believe that they hadn't contacted me. They did apologize and gave me instructions on how to obtain a refund. Beaudry or keystone manufacturer will not fix the structural damage done from too much water in fresh gallon water tank due to no overflow valve opened. We have had this toy hauler since Xmas and have had no problems, the manufacturer is responsible for this damage and will not fix it. Don't ever buy a keystone toy hauler, Beaudry RV are crooks! Sales ***, Service ***, and their reputation is nasty, awful. They should be put out of business.
