Amazing and illegal!! I signed up for a simple people finder check. I was delivered minimal information and they charged me $25.80. The real issue is that they illegally transfer my name and credit information to services such as PMIdentity and 24Protectplus and both charged my credit card $19.95 without any authorization. I ordered flowers online through Pro Flowers. I kept getting spammed by them after that, but I never participated after the initial flower order. Then I got my credit card bill, and an unauthorized $1.95 charge appeared for Easy Saver with an 800 number. I checked on Easy Saver before calling the number- apparently they give you a hard time and often won't refund all your money, so I canceled the card and considered myself lucky that it was only $1.95. I purchased a Hard drive online from Dell, the hard drive appeared on the page that searched for compatable HDD for my particular service tag number. I received the HDD and when I tred to install it my computer would not recognize the HDD. On 6-1-08 I contacted an online tech who instructed me to reinstall and then run a test which was quite long. I have domestic gas connection no.T 3777 with JJ Gas, Wazirpur, New Delhi. Yesterday I had to go personally to the Company to book my gas refill as none of the telephone was available. In the last 8 months this is perhaps the 3rd or fourth time consecutive that their phones are e busy & I have to go personally. Eureka forbs customer care service is very bad. From past 3 years, 11 services, I am requesting customer care executives to call up before coming or fix up an appointment for the same. We bought a complete set of Sumitomo tires for our car on 02-09-08 through the Sears automotive dept. in Enid, Oklahoma. We had the tires mounted, balanced, & the car aligned on that day. ICICI is preying on the NRI's to make some quick money from their accounts. First they require you to have a Debit card for online access and then charge you yearly fee for the debit card. Generally the debit card is useless for NRI's as you visit home once a while and in most places it cannot be used as a credit card (i.e. airline ticket etc). Pkg. purchased in Chandler, AZ. while on vacation. Transferring to Calif. was nightmare. Have to travel to 2 locations, far apart, for treatments because not all treatments are available at all locations.
