I was a customer today in this Wal-mart and was the vicitm of a crime that occurred in their parking lot. Insted of being treated like the victim that I was, I was treated like the criminal. I have never been so upset as I was by a store assistant manager who didn't see the seriousness of the situation. 2 wheels were stolen from my car and my car was vandalized. I tried to ask about the video cameras in the parking lots, he refused to tell me anything and even refused to talk to me about the crime. Just a question: When a charge takes mere seconds to show up why then does a tranfer of funds take days to be credited? There seems to be a systematic policy of delaying credits so that interest will continue to accrue. In the man time, a charge will show up within minutes. Company's dedicated customer service numbers are completely automated. There is no way to speak to a representative. Numbers are busy with no option to leave a call back number. On line dispute reuires a two-digit ID number which appears nowhere. We purchased this as a family Christmas Present. We watch little television at our home, so obviously this one lasted us longer than most of those complaining. I keep getting threatening letters from Wendy Carol telling me that I owe her $14.95 for something I didn't order or receive and that if I don't send her the money she will have a collection agency get it from me. On 5-08-08 I changed my plan to "Power Pack Family Plan" which thru MANY reps via the phone I expected 1400 minutes for 89.00. Next was unlimited texting for 15.00. I got married in 2003 in Laughlin, NV. Since the ceremony was on a boat from one of the casinos and made it's last stop in Arizona, I was required to get an Arizona license.
