I followed directions exactly, including the small test patch the day before. The test was fine, so I waxed my legs. The next day, a bunch of my hair follicles on my lower legs were swollen, some filled with clear liquid while others filled with white puss. This company is not to be believed. They keep billing me for their tea. I ordered it on a trial basis and paid $6.95 on 3/21/08 and shortly after cancelled my membership. Netpolarity sent unsolicited email about a job they felt I matched, but asked if my resume was on any job boards. I told the rep my resume is on Dice, Monster, HotJobs and Careerbuilder. The representative refused to submit me to their client unless I pulled my resume from all job boards. I am tryiong to return product mailed to me that I do not want. There is a 30 days return from date of delivery. I rec'd 6/16/08. They state I must have an RA # to return product. Doing a routine check of my credit report, I discovered a negative item from 2007. Stunned, since I always pay my bills on time, I investigated. Briefly, Oreck said I owed them $80 for a cannister because they replaced a defective one in 2003 and I never sent back the defective one. I strongly recommend you do not employ this company to do any work in your home or business. They are employed by a house builder who built my home and I have experienced 3 major problems as a result of this plumber's work and it has cost me over $26, 000 to fix them and one has not been completely fixed yet. The owner has been approached to make restitution but because he has no personal integrity and lacks basic honesty, he won't admit to his mistakes and he has refused to accept any responsibility for his work. Be very careful how you deal with this dealership: they can't be trusted to honor their own agreement. I purchased a Ford 150 truck and on the purchase agreement it clearly stated that the purchase was subject to my getting financing. I received my weekly unemployment check in the mail. As I had to pick up a few things at Wal-mart which is five minutes from my home, I decided to cash the check via the money center there. Formal Elegance is the most unorganized business I have ever been to. They mislead you just so they can get your money. I ordered my bridesmaids dresses March 7th. I was told that they only take 6weeks to return. It has now been 3 months and all of my dresses are not back. That leads me to believe they did not order my dresses when they were suppose to. I was about to buy a ScanPan NonStick Frypan, but then I found out that is was made from PTFE. The company cleverly hides this fact by saying their product is "green" and is not made from Teflon. But Teflon is PTFE and PTFE is known to cause cancer. PTFE is now listed as a carcinogen. So the nerve to sell cookware as healthy when it is made from PTFE. I brought a jet Ski to their service center and my son almost died due to their lack of follow through and review. They did not check to make sure a cable was calibrated on the SeaDoo jetski that they should have been more responsible to verify what was done was correct. Due to this my son was hit by the jetski due to the lack of steering and has gone thru 3 surgeries due to this. As far as the owner what a savvy LIAR!
